When many, if not most, people including the world’s leading decision-makers do not trust US intelligence reports; when even more doubt the motivations and veracity of the US President and his administration, starting a war which could release untold quantities of deadly chemical weapons into the atmosphere of the Middle East must be deemed certifiably insane.
